For our Client, a global company with a Shared Service Center structure, we are looking for a Senior GL Accountant responsible for performing full GL procedures. Currently, the team is around 30 Senior Accountants.

Requirements:
- higher Education in Finance & Accounting or relevant field,
- above 2 years of professional experience in the GL/RTR departments or the Accounting Office,
- English language skills at B2 level,
- professional use of Excel,
- knowledge of JD Edwards software is an asset,
- SOX standard knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- processing GL transactions,
- participating actively in month-end closing procedures,
- preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and statements,
- analyzing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation reports, cash flow statements, debtor and creditor records, repayment schedules, regulatory filings, and other reports,
- maintaining accurate entries in the fixed asset module,
- collaborating with various departments and units within the organization.
