Requirements:
- a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics will be an asset,
- one year of experience in a similar role,
- excellent English and German language skills (B2 level or higher),
- a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset,
- the ability to thrive under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities with ease,
- a proactive approach and a passion for streamlining processes.
Responsibilities:
- become a master of accounts payable, meticulously verifying and processing transactions to guarantee on-time payments,
- streamline T&E management, ensuring every travel report is processed swiftly and accurately following established procedures,
- assist local controllers with seamless month-end closing tasks, keeping the company's accounting ledger squeaky clean.
- build strong relationships with internal departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment,
- resolve discrepancies in accounts and ensure smooth employee expense settlements,
- identify areas for improvement and champion process automation and optimization initiatives.
