Our Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Dutch/French/German/Italian (B2),
• Good knowledge of English (B2),
• Experience or background in contract management/legal administration or similar fields,
• Practical knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Higher education or student status (Finance, Law, Business Management, International Relations, Philology, or similar fields).

Your future tasks:

• Collecting and organizing data relevant to contracts, such as terms, conditions, parties involved, and key dates,
• Adhering to the record retention guidelines outlined in the iCCM process,
• Creating or assessing documents that outline changes to existing contracts, such as amendments or modifications,
• Keeping track of all change requests related to contracts in a centralized log,
• Assisting both internal team members and external clients with any questions or concerns they have regarding contracts.
