- Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and assisting them with bringing their accounts into good standing;
- Collecting past due items through proper use of correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Participating in negotiations and establishing positive relationships with clients.
- Reconciling complex billing issues, ensuring the accounts are balanced.
- Ensuring cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high quality dispute information, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

- Fluency in English and German languages (min. B2 level in both is required).
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
- Developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
