Debt Financing & Restructuring Advisory team handles projects in the area of restructuring and financing. We step in during emergencies when wise decisions and prompt action are a must. Our day-to-day is constantly marked by new challenges, a changing environment, and ambitious customers. Irrespective of our client's intentions (whether they want to manage working capital, restructure the company, or increase value for their creditors), as experts, we are here to help them unlock liquidity and support the entire restructuring cycle.

We are looking for:

Director | Debt Financing & Restructuring Advisory

You will be one of the key members driving value-added for Clients and supporting practice dynamic growth.
 

Your future role:

  • Lead and manage client engagements in debt advisory and restructuring services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction,
  • Provide expert advice on new financing, refinancing, and financial restructuring to clients across various industries,
  • Manage and oversee the execution of complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices,
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies for M&A transactions / post-M&A transactions (including private equity deals)
  • Providing advisory services to national and international clients (including international private equity funds) and commercial banks
  • Lead negotiations with financial institutions, creditors, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients,
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic recommendations and decision-making,
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to improve client financial health and business operations,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
     

Apply if you have: 

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with significant experience in debt advisory and business recovery services,
  • Experience in financing of M&A transactions / post-M&A transactions (including private equity deals and PE portfolio companies),
  • Strong experience in financial restructuring,
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, debt instruments, corporate restructuring, private equity fundraising, and regulatory frameworks,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders,
  • Strong capabilities in financial analysis and investments evaluation,
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously,
  • Proficiency in English.
