We are looking for a talented individual who could join our regional Marketing, Communication and Business Development team to drive our Go to Market activities across two growth priorities - the Transformation Platform and Technology capabilities.
The Marketing, Communication and Business Development team is part of our wider regional Clients & Markets team which focuses on areas of greatest market growth and covers 27 Central and Eastern Europe territories. The role will focus on executing our strategic Go To Market (GTM) plans for two growth priorities, the CEE Transformation Platform leader and wider Technology capabilities.
We are looking for:
CEE Marketing, Communication and Business Development Manager
Your future role:
- Support GTM leaders in strategy development, developing strategic opportunities and demand generation to support growth ambition in the target markets
- Contribute to raising awareness and focus of building PwC capabilities through producing content that includes but do not limit to articles, publications, meeting materials, events / webcasts, videos, portals both within Pwc CEE and the target markets
- Develop a regional community of interest to drive execution, by facilitating cross territory / cross functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, capabilities and solutions sharing
- Develop and drive relevant campaigns to boost demand generation and brand building
- Assist with regular status reports on progress towards agreed deliverables and outcomes
- Drive liaising with Alliances, Platforms, Industries & other stakeholders to ensure synergies with C&M strategy implementation
Apply if you have:
- At least 5 years experience (Core business / Marketing / Business Development or Sales) with a B2B international consulting firm is a great plus
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills, ability to communicate with impact
- Strong skills in creating written content
- Good understanding of business development best practices
- Maturity and ability to deal with senior partners and staff, including the regional top executives
- Solid internal or external client focus with attention to detail, result oriented
- Experience of working with and managing of international and remote teams is a great plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Team player with ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams or functions to deliver outcomes
- Work virtually and in an international environment with diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Google tools
