Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

Paid Internship | Human Resources and Payroll Operations

Your future role:

  • Creating and supplementing personal files and employee documentation for new employees according to the guidelines and with the substantive assistance of a specialist,
  • Archiving other HR documentation into binders and in the system in accordance with internal rules, preparing HR and application documents to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUA, ZCNA, ZWUA), 
  • Preparing and updating reports using the provided data and tools (e.g. information on processed inquiries, contract statuses of newly hired employees),
  • Monitoring employee absences and monitoring the return from long absences in terms of referrals for check-ups, 
  • Sending reminders to employees about missing data/documents, updating data from employee declarations in the systems and entering HR data and data from the delivered diplomas and employment certificates into the systems, 
  • Operating the client communication system (monitoring tickets, assigning them to the appropriate responsible person) and answering simple questions related to human resources - within the scope of knowledge and after training, 
  • Preparing and receiving postal/courier shipments, as well as verification, archiving, forwarding to appropriate people, marking incoming mail in monitoring files.

Apply if you have:

  • Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing,
  • Experience in office work/with clients, 
  • Experience in working on Word/Excel, 
  • Willingness to learn and develop, 
  • Interest in the area of human resources and labor law,
  • High personal culture, punctuality and attention to the high quality of completed tasks.

  • Experience in the area of human resources.
