THE WORK:
Your main tasks will be related to:
- Collecting due receivables from portfolio of customers with higher difficulty
- Negotiating and building long term business relationships with customers
- Customer account maintenance activities, eg write offs, reconciliation, discount application
- Working with prioritization list to contact customers in order to maximize cash collected and reduction of old debt
- Phone and email contact with customers, with focus on phone communication
- Supporting other colleagues in addressing difficult cases
- Cooperating closely with other teams in order to resolve customer issues, customer service, sales, finance managers
- Reporting and forecasting, debt aging, open credits, forecasted cash collected
- Customer queries management
- Supporting Training Team in performing training and quality activities
- Proactively search and present ideas of possible process improvements, simplifications in the process to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Perform language translation activities in their recognized language.
This includes use and optimization of language translation software which leverages proven translation memories, dictionaries and other more dynamic translation techniques to improve the engagements and their translation productivity.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum one year experience in Cash Collection process
- Very good English and Finnish (min. C1)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex cases
- Track record of delivering target results on managed portfolio
- Track record of proactively supporting other team members or the Team Lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Experience in customer service or order to cash department
- Microsoft Office package.
- Qualification Bachelor s Degree
