What you will do:

Processing and coding invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures  
Reversing invoices for incorrect hosting  
Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request  
Monitoring blocked and parked invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis 
Preparing IC reconciliations 
Handling customer s requests  
Raising, routing, and managing invoice exceptions process with business vendor 
Updating and maintaining Vendor Master Data 
Providing regular reporting related to the above processes.

Here's what you will need:

Fluent English and German,
Experience in Finance is highly appreciated. 
Experience in the Accounts Payable area would be an advantage 
Excel and Word skills  
Flexibility, especially in the period of month year end closing    
Particularly effective communication written and oral and interpersonal skills  
Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
Ability to work from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week)
