Senior FP&A Controller (Consumer Goods)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial finance, with expertise in forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting, ideally within a multinational company,
• strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, margin analysis, and related financial concepts,
• a completed or ongoing professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) would be a plus,
• analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize large datasets into actionable insights,
• results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to complex business models and systems,
• excellent teamwork skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• partner with business unit leaders, account managers, and finance teams to provide comprehensive financial support,
• analyze deals, contracts, and P&Ls to ensure profitability to the business unit,
• support pricing strategies across the organization, collaborating on execution, governance, and reporting,
• build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Center of Excellence (COE), and Supply Chainteams,
• analyze monthly sales and customer profitability for assigned segments,
• manage contract incentives, including customer rebates, payment programs, cost tracking,
• identify process improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility,
• guide the implementation of contract management strategies and control the customer portfolio lifecycle,
• deliver ad-hoc analyses and support planning activities.
