This position reports to:

R2R CoE Lead

Your role and responsibilities:

• Build the team of R2R systems key users (with R2R CoE organization) which will be 1st level of support for finance ops colleagues re. systems/tools; contact person for IT in case of problems, issues, projects etc.; support for ops team with insight and practical experience/good technical knowledge; deliver training for respective area of responsibility and SME in domain/what to do in case of uncommon situations etc.
• Lead the team which consists of highly qualified experts which include daily support, coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Ensure a healthy and robust internal control and risk mindset, and ensure that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented
• Continuously assessing opportunities for improvement / efficiency; drive standardization & automation in possible areas using continuous improvement methodologies in alignment with key stakeholders
• Involving in management and prioritization of R2R related projects
• Managing efficient Systems Key Users team, including development, integration, testing and deployment of further automation and process improvements
• Managing the daily tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, delivering target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics
• Using metrics (KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process that will deliver expected benefits
• Encouraging data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems

Qualifications for the role:

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience within finance including experience in the area of system key user/ financial application support
• People management experience will be a plus
• Working knowledge of SOX Controls
• Knowledge of E2E R2R processes
• Knowledge of major technological platforms and tools like Celonis, etc.
• Ability to identify risks and guide team to implement the mitigation solution
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects
• Good ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner
• Practical knowledge of change management and continues improvement methodology as per Lean Six Sigma
