Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in commercial finance, with expertise in forecasting, and financial management reporting, ideally within a multinational company,
  • strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, margin analysis, and related financial concepts,
  • analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize large datasets into actionable insights,
  • results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to complex business models and systems,
  • excellent teamwork skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with effective communication.
Responsibilities:
  • oversee the lease accounting processes, manage and maintain the lease accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lease data,
  • conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze leasing activities,
  • prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to lease accounting, ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and other stakeholders,
  • assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, particularly related to leasing expenses and capital requirements,
  • ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, support internal and external audit processes related to lease accounting,
  • work closely with various departments, including Real Estate, Legal, and Operations, to gather necessary information and provide financial insights on leasing activities,
  • identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lease accounting and financial activities.
