For our Client dealing in data science/ AI we are looking an experienced CFO with a strong background in financial management, particularly within PE private equity-owned companies, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, has experience in developing and implementing robust best in class financial processes in a fast growing organisation, is acting as real business partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • minimum of 10 years in financial management, with significant leadership experience as CFO, ideally within PE private equity-owned companies,
  • demonstrated ability to enhance financial performance through sales analytics, consulting business model optimization, and data-driven business expansion strategies,
  • proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement,
  • prior experience in a 200-500 people IT service and consulting organization highly desirable,
  •  Flexible, Entrepreneurial, Pragmatic, Self-sufficient, ability and will to cover other streams related to operations, legal, and administration,
  • location: based in Poland - Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw preferred,
  • readiness for travels in Europe.
Requirements
  • oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, budgeting, currency hedging, and insurance,
  • lead financial planning and forecasting to support leadership team in decision-making, proactively monitor and come up with corrective measures,
  • align sales and delivery teams to maximize revenue growth, research revenue opportunities and identify cost reduction and process enhancement areas,
  • lead finance team, setup ground for key processes and financial controls, coordinate implementation efforts.
