Knowledge Management Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Independently creating step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR Operational Services processes to ensure clarity and compliance with process maps.
• Ensuring SOPs adhere to drafting standards and accurately reflect the processes, driving consistency and quality in documentation.
• Identifying and addressing gaps or needed clarifications in process maps to keep SOPs up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborating with Local Country Teams, Hub Teams, and Global Service Line Leads to secure updates and approvals for documentation, ensuring alignment and completeness.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in creating process documentation and have a strong understanding of process maps creation and respective standards.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in process documentation and HR Shared Services for a global company, with a preference for experience with Signavio and/or Adonis (or other business process mapping tools).
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and are adept at using its various tools to support your work.
• You are passionate about analytical thinking and problem-solving, and you excel at managing multiple priorities and tasks.
• You are innovative around task prioritization and deadline management, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• You have a demonstrated track record of effective communication in English, making you at ease in conveying ideas and collaborating with others.
