Requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in a similar role,
• strong knowledge of SAP and Excel,
• experience in SSC/BPO environments is an advantage,
• fluency in English,
• proven ability to work independently and manage tasks under time pressure,
• strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• execute daily operational tasks related to Master Data (Customer, Product, or Material), including data creation, extension, and maintenance.
• conduct complex ad hoc audits to identify and correct discrepant or invalid data, ensuring data quality control.
• ensure all master data changes are made in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• prepare and update internal processes and manuals.
• participate in projects focused on automation and standardization.
• promptly escalate incidents and issues related to Master Data, working closely with relevant teams for resolution.
