Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for talented individuals for Statutory Compliance Specialist position for an intensively growing Statutory Compliance Services Team, acting globally among ABB Group. As a Statutory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving excellence into ABB statutory reporting end-to-end process. You will have a chance to contribute to our success story and make a significant impact on company’s growth trajectory. This position will report to the Statutory Compliance Controller. The work model for the role is hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Playing a supportive role in financial statements preparation and audit processes for non-complex reporting units
• Supporting the Statutory Compliance Controller with the tasks
• Collaborating with all stakeholders involved in audit and financial statements preparation processes in respect of issues identified

Qualifications for the role:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in accounting /auditing or similar finance function ideally in a large international industrial group
• You possess excellent project management and organization skills
• Knowledge of regulations and guidelines for IFRS would be an asset
• Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• You are at ease communicating in English
• You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
