THE WORK

As Customer Service Representative, youand#39;ll use your advanced Customer Experience Management skills to provide excellent customer service. Your day-to-day activities involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Provide professional customer service in German and English
  • Manage returns from the Customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate resolution of shipping incidents
  • Actively look for potential process improvements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Flexible

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

  • Fluency in English and German, B2 level required (written and spoken)
