THE WORK
As Customer Service Representative, youand#39;ll use your advanced Customer Experience Management skills to provide excellent customer service. Your day-to-day activities involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Provide professional customer service in German and English
- Manage returns from the Customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinate resolution of shipping incidents
- Actively look for potential process improvements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Flexible
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluency in English and German, B2 level required (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Microsoft Office package knowledge
