What will you do:
- Provide quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met
- Monitor order management process and looks for potential improvements
- Establish and build relationships with customers and internal Sales team
- Manage regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
- Work with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
- Proactively escalate issues to the responsible stakeholders
- Deliver trainings on tools and processes to customer
- Ensure flawless execution of launch activities
- Provide data driven inputs to process stakeholders
What do we expect:
- Fluent in English and Italian (Italian language C1 level)
- MS Office skills Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
- Flexibility and availability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
