YOUR TASKS

  • Lead functional workstream for complex international platforms implementation projects (Ivalua)
  • Coordinate work of one of several functional workstreams, such as S2C, P2P, working closely with the client and supervising the team of Functional Consultants and Configurators
  • Understand and document (if required) Client’s business processes
  • Determine Client needs and demands, and turn them into a logical and technical business model that can be achieved through the Platform
  • Lead and document the outcomes of the design workshops with the client, making sure that the design matches platform capabilities and best practices, while delivering highest value to the client
  • Configure or supervise configuration of the Platform in alignment with documented business needs and contracted solution
  • Coordinate the work/efforts with the configuration consultants, and perform data mapping activities of Platforms vs. client ERP
  • Ensure Platforms usability in line with Client requirements and Capgemini best practices
  • Deliver the end- or super-user training and ensure a smooth transition of Platforms to the client

YOUR PROFILE

  • Multi-year experience in procurement platforms implementation projects on multi-national or global level (preferred Ivalua, but not a musi)
  • Strong experience with process design and documentation
  • Expertise in identifying and documenting business requirements
  • Experience in system configuration, including users, org structure, finance data, etc.
  • Experience in workflow configuration to reflect the underlying business processes
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience deploying eProcurement solutions
  • Familiar with software development projects and product management methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps will be an advantage
  • Experience with acceptance / functional testing
