Requirements

• Experience in a similar position, 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2),

Responsibilities

• Complete Workflows for the Investor Relations (IR) department,
• upon Nav approval, Run and Reconcile Nav statements for IR review thereafter send to IM for approval & distribute to investors,
• prepare Capital call and Distribution notices for IR and IM review,
• prepare audit confirmations – prepare for IR to review & distribute upon IR approval,
• set up new counterparts in the system,
• treasury inbox – handle all credit and debit advice received,
• update Cash dates/ add cash record in PFS (paid and received),
• prepare payments for redemptions and distributions.
