Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of working experience as a functional consultant or business process owner with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other People & Culture Global Solutions
- Hands-on experience in Global Processes Design, Analysis and optimization
- Strong relationship-building skills in a global multicultural environment
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of People & Culture business processes
- Business process design and architecture in terms of moderating and charting improvements in current and future business processes (Business process management)
- Good knowledge of IT processes (including Incident/problem/change management)
- SuccessFactors Administration & / or SAP HCM configuration experience
- SAP HR Certification or SuccessFactors (SFX) accredited - preferable
