What this position is about - Purpose:
Supporting the Financial Planning Manager in the planning and reporting process, with a particular focus on the market income statement and cash flow statement. Providing financial information (reports, budgets, presentations, financial plans) in an accurate, timely and comprehensive manner while meeting internal and corporate deadlines
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for the Intercompany planning and Entity related items (taxes, interest, loan, In-house Bank)
- Consolidate Net Income/Balance Sheet/FCF plans on the Entity Level (Market, Factory, Intercompany, Global Functions)
- Support the Manager in the process of preparing annual and monthly financial plans in the format of market FCF in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines set by the regional FP&A team and Corporate Finance
- Build effective professional relations with contact persons in particular departments; organize and lead meetings to collect data and prepare plan submissions; provide financial expertise to other functions and participate in projects as required
- Support the financial performance of entity review against the KPI's; ensure senior management is provided with meaningful analysis and suggestions for alternatives or corrective actions when necessary to meet business/financial objectives
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request
