This position reports to

Junior HR Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality payroll services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and contributing to process improvements within an international environment. You will also showcase your skills by enhancing payroll accuracy, improving efficiency, and supporting the HR Team Leader in optimizing payroll processes for a seamless employee experience. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow. 

You will be mainly accountable for: 

  • Delivering high-quality payroll service support by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for HR, business managers, and employees in alignment with Service Level Agreements. 
  • Ensuring end-to-end payroll compliance by executing gross-to-net calculations, managing post-payroll processes, payroll accounting, payments, and reporting to authorities such as ZUS, PPK, PFRON, and tax offices. 
  • Managing payroll data inputs and validation through data uploads, interfaces, and manual entries, performing checks to resolve issues and maintain accuracy. 
  • Driving continuous improvement in payroll processes by supporting the HR Team Leader in identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have up to 2 years of experience in HR payroll processing, including statutory reporting (ZUS, PPK, PFRON, tax) and Polish labor law compliance.
  • You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with HR systems. Exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR Shared Services operations, with previous experience in a global company being a strong advantage.
  • You are focused on accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating analytical skills, attention to detail, and a motivated problem-solving mindset.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a solid educational background.
  • You are communicating in English, ensuring effective collaboration in an international business environment.
