For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for an Accountant with French.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the AP or AR field,
  • proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
  • a higher degree in accounting or finance is a plus,
  • strong communication skills and analytical mindset,
  • proficiency in using MS Office,
  • strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration,
  • knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • managing the payment process, including invoice approval, monitoring payment deadlines, and initiating payments according to agreements,
  • maintaining communication with suppliers to clarify payment and invoice issues,
  • preparing monthly financial reports and documentation related to financial operations,
  • verifying payment data, ensuring compliance with the budget, and controlling the accuracy of financial documents,
  • supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for Accounts Payable/Receivable,
  • participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing tasks and priorities,
  • analyzing payments and supporting decision-making within the finance area,
  • collaborating with the audit team to ensure payment processes comply with company policies.
