Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the AP or AR field,
- proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
- a higher degree in accounting or finance is a plus,
- strong communication skills and analytical mindset,
- proficiency in using MS Office,
- strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration,
- knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- managing the payment process, including invoice approval, monitoring payment deadlines, and initiating payments according to agreements,
- maintaining communication with suppliers to clarify payment and invoice issues,
- preparing monthly financial reports and documentation related to financial operations,
- verifying payment data, ensuring compliance with the budget, and controlling the accuracy of financial documents,
- supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for Accounts Payable/Receivable,
- participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing tasks and priorities,
- analyzing payments and supporting decision-making within the finance area,
- collaborating with the audit team to ensure payment processes comply with company policies.
