THE INTERNSHIP
We’re excited to offer a paid internship in our Helpdesk team within the Procure to Pay (PTP) department! What you will do:
- Assisting in recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries in our workflow system, Service Now
- Helping communicate with vendors via phone and email to address any issues they might have
- Supporting in routing vendor inquiries to the right teams for review and action, following our point of contact matrix
- Assisting in resolving vendor requests and inquiries independently, without the need for client referral
- Ensuring that all vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the system
- Collaborating with internal teams to make sure vendor issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Interest in finance and willingness to contact business clients
- English and German or Czech proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Current student status (to be added as an attachment when applying)
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
- A team player who can also work independently
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Availability: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) and availability for training in July, August, and September
