Collections Junior Analyst with English (She/He/They)

THE WORK:

• Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
• Handling emails andamp; phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
• Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships with stakeholders.
•  Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams)
• Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Excellent written and communication skills in English minimum B2.
• Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
• Strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
