THE WORK:
- Engage with Clients through email and chat channels to assist them with any inquiries related to their Digital advertising platforms.
- Troubleshoot ad serving issues, resolve discrepancies between ad servers and address technical challenges related to campaign setup and execution.
- Educate Clients on advertising policies and guidelines, ensuring their ads meet the required standards and comply with the platformand#39;s policies and ensure campaign setup accuracy
- Address any policy-related concerns and provide guidance to Clients on making the necessary adjustments to their ads and collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
- Provide guidance on interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize their advertising strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and improve support capabilities.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing excellent support and understanding their specific needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluency in German language (C1 required but B2 also considered) and in English (min. B2 level required).
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and genuine desire to help Clients succeed in their advertising efforts.
- Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to clients.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Bonus points if you have:
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Troubleshooting and Customer Service / Technical Support environment
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS andamp; JavaScript
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing domain
