Automation Infrastructure Specialist (RPA)

YOUR TASKS

• Automation platforms setup (installation and configuration).
• Monitoring and alerting components setup (installation and configuration).
• Automation infrastructure schemes drafting, validation of components version; providing the expertise related to the automation infrastructure.
• Ability to participate in infrastructure advisory workshops with clients.
• Ability to advise in terms of at least 1 automation platform setup and configuration.
• Release management for Automation Software solutions according to quality standards using-Robotics Process Automation software like UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft -independent work.
• Participating in Automation solutioning.
• Dealing with Client's stakeholders at automation / operational level.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.
• Support and Maintenance: L3/L4 support, liaising with 3rd party vendors, bug fixing , enhancements (change requests) Infra /Platform related, RCA and consulting, managing L1/L2 support agents.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure including high availability, security (IT, data) on prem and on Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) - 2-3 years of experience .
• At least 1 of the following RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kryon, Microsoft (Infra)
• Automation Infrastructure Knowledge, Awareness about other automation technologies and solutions (AI, Process Mining, accelerators, software). Coding standards, security aspects.
• In absence of RPA tech certifications knowledge of SQL (DBA\Data Analysis), PowerShell or any programming language on mid level.
• IT delivery frameworks awareness (ITIL, DevOps, ISO).
• Higher education degree.
• English on the at least B2 level.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills, teamwork, communication skills including client's stakeholders.

Certifications:

• At least 2 of the following technologies: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kryon, Microsoft (infra related)
