What is The Financial Markets – Marketing Operations Group responsible for?

The Financial Markets – Marketing Operations Group collaborates with researchers, marketers, and content creators globally to develop and execute promotional strategies and external communications.

Financial Markets Team specializes in in-depth research, consultation, and bespoke data-driven content development. Primary research areas include economic, capital, and product markets, as well as interactive data visualization services.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Associate Insights Analyst?

  • You will research and analyze financial data from applications like Macrobond, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, and financial/economic websites to develop illustrative content for marketing materials (training will be provided).
  • You will originate investment and financial content rooted in quantitative theory and rigor.
  • You will research and analyze financial websites to obtain appropriate statistics.
  • You will implement scalable solutions using database structures, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • You will provide direct support and assistance to global business partners.
  • You will work with global teams across Poland and the USA.
  • You will implement technology solutions and automate marketing content materials.

Experience

  • You should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Mutual
  • Fund/Financial Services Industry or Research Environment.

Technical Skills

  • You should have a strong educational background in finance or econometrics.
  • You should have solid financial knowledge.
  • You should have intermediate Excel skills (importing external data, performing simple, tailored analyses).
  • Prior experience with Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with financial applications like Macrobond, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • You should have the ability to work on multiple deadline-oriented tasks.
  • You should have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You should have solid problem-solving skills.
  • You should be eager to learn and self-develop (e.g., studying towards CFA® designation).
  • You should be comfortable working in a global environment.
  • You should have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English (B2+).

Work Schedule Details

  • Working Hours: Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with a
  • mandatory 30-minute break
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model – 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely
