For our Client, an international production multi-stream revenue company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Regional FP&A Lead, with responsibility for several production plants in the EMEA region. The company’s office is based in Cracow.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or similar departments,
  • preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations,
  • preferably working towards professional finance qualifications ACCA, CIMA or similar,
  • prior experience in FP&A is preferable, including experience with operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting,
  • fluent English language,
  • management reporting, scenario analysis and modelling experience working with large and complex datasets to run analysis and create reports,
  • prior experience in P&L and cost ownership is a must.

Responsibilities

  • produce standard and ad hoc reports, incl. variance analysis and relevant, insightful, and accurate commentary,
  • monitor performance and provide regular insight into the drivers of performance, highlighting opportunities to maximize growth,
  • provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management, and analytics to understand and drive business performance, as well as to support decision-making,
  • conduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions,
  • create, maintain, and consolidate dashboards and standard management reporting packs,
  • act in a leading role for the division, supported by the VP Finance of the division, for the budget and forecasting processes as well as monthly management reporting requirements, to ensure quality deliverables are available in a timely manner,
  • identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures,
  • build a strong working relationship with regional finance directors and regional FP&A team members, as well as key Group Finance team members,
  • support internal and external audit queries.
