
For our Client, an international technology organization currently building new Shared Services structures in Wrocław, we are looking for a Senior PTP Accountant.
You will support day-to-day transactional accounting operations across multiple legal entities and currencies. This role is essential in maintaining process accuracy and efficiency, while contributing to the foundation of a scalable reporting environment aligned with future public company standards.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles,
- proficiency in ERP environment and MS Office tools, particularly Excel,
- strong attention to detail, with a hands-on and analytical mindset,
- proven ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team,
- understanding of IFRS or HGB accounting standards,
- knowledge of English at C1 level,
- knowledge of German is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- manage the accounting inbox and handle incoming financial correspondence,
- process daily vendor transactions and maintain accurate AP master data,
- oversee the invoice approval process, including validation, recording, and continuous improvement of the workflow,
- support bank postings and participate in cash management activities,
- prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments,
- handle company credit cards, travel expense claims, and manage travel-related platforms,
- assist with onboarding new users for these tools,
- act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding AP-related matters,
- contribute to the optimization and documentation of AP and financial procedures,
- assist in enhancing ERP functionalities and support system-related improvements,
- participate in special projects and assist in preparing financial reports and analyses.
