Record to Report Operations Senior Analyst
As a Accountant in Payroll Team you will be responsible for:
- Accounting operations in general ledger area in accordance with US GAAP SOX controls
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
- Review of select general ledger accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
- Interpret and analyze of reports on a regular basis as outlined by management
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Assist in preparing and updating desktop procedures
- Support internal and external audit
- Recommendation and implementation of existing management functions
We seek a driven, analytical, and detail oriented individual with:
- Minimum 2 years of finance experience in general ledger area or professional qualification education
- Financial accounting knowledge (University level)
- Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formula and query level)
- Strong analytical skills (able to work on complex accounts and large volume of data)
- Very good command of English, spoken and written plus basic presentation skills
- Self-starter and self-learner attitude
- Independent, flexible when milestone deadlines are at risk
- Shared service experience is a plus
- Oracle ERP system experience is a plus
