Change Management Analyst (She/He/They)
THE WORK:
- Act as a backup team leader when needed.
- Design and develop new operational processes from end to end.
- Lead the documentation and testing of operational procedures (e.g. desktop procedures, process/system flows) in line with Clientand#39;s standards.
- Identify operational risks and present recommendations for process improvements to enhance stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with the Client's subject matter experts to define success metrics and service level agreements for vendor teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite Clientand#39;s managers and vendor partners.
- Evaluate and analyze Change Requests for potential risks, inefficiencies, and gaps, offering actionable recommendations to the Global Manager.
- Contribute to the design of future programs and processes in partnership with global teams and clients.
- Work with internal specialists (HR, Communications, Learning andamp; Development, Organizational Development) to support successful project implementation.
- Use customer feedback to guide and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address quality concerns.
- Handle ad hoc reporting, queries, and projects as needed.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Excellent written and communication skills in English. (min. B2 level).
- Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
- 2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Payable, Financial Services, or Banking is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong competencies in: initiative, solution orientation, collaboration, organizational commitment, providing direction, and influencing others.
- Proven skills in project management, client negotiation, and data analysis.
