Data Architect

Job Description - Grade Specific

• Design and implement scalable data architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead data architecture engagements for clients across various industries, including FS, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Tech, FMCG, and Pharma.
• Develop and maintain data models, data integration frameworks, and data storage solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to enhance data management capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the data architecture.
• Conduct data architecture assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of our data architecture offerings.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data architecture.Your Profile
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field, with a strong consulting background.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with data modeling tools
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in one or more of the preferred industries (FS, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Tech, FMCG, Pharma) is highly desirable.
