THE WORK:
- Process Documentation Writer role is an integral part of the Risk andamp; Compliance Team
- The role will have a focus on process documentation and technical writing, assisting operations teams to create work instructions and processes in an easy-to-understand way for both technical and non-technical users.
- You will also play a key part in the ongoing maintenance and development of internal processes.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1+ years experience, preferrable in BPO Industry, Back Office Operations, Training, Project Management.
- Prior experience with process or technical writing in an operations environment.
- Comfortable with startup type volatility in process and systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven record of high team performance.
- Proficient English business communication skills (C1 min).
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Degree in a relevant field is nice to have.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
