Our CEE Marketing, Communication and Business Development team consists of 35 people. We focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote the PwC’s brand, our services and drive long term growth. 

We are looking for:

Global Corporate Affairs & Communications Senior Associate

Your future role:

  • Work in support of the priority projects and services the team is required to deliver,
  • Work with a number of team members (including Directors/MD and Senior Managers) who will guide and manage specific requests/activities,
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including with people in other global network function teams,
  • Undertake a range of tasks and activities in support of work and deliverables including but not limited to: 
    ○ Research 
    ○ First drafting 
    ○ Maintenance of records/databases 
    ○ Maintenance of Sharepoint Online sites owned by the team 
    ○ Development of reports, presentation content and briefing packs 
    ○ Preparation and submission of information in support of internal processes (e.g. global procurement, Brand Clearinghouse, independence checks for speakers),
  • Provide support (as required) for the team’s data analytics, reporting and data visualisation activities, including:
    Processing data to enable the measurement and monitoring of media and outreach strategies in support of PwC’s global priority and reputational campaigns; Setting up searches, exporting and making use of data to respond to real-time reporting queries using the platform supplied by PwC’s external media monitor vendor; Provide end-to-end quantitative analysis including metrics design, model development, data analysis and dashboard building; Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; Validating data and quality assuring work and reports that are currently outsourced to Acceleration Centres,
  • Support communication and events activities including responding to requests for information, triaging initial issues where needed, resolving where possible and escalating when required,
  • Maintain and enhance guidance and support documentation for the team and stakeholders,
  • Schedule and contribute to meetings, produce the outputs/records from meetings, track and monitor completion of agreed actions/deliverables, using Co-pilot and other AI tools as appropriate.

  • Are an effective team player; people who are comfortable: 
    Taking direction from and working in support of multiple team members; Changing direction and pivoting as necessary to support priority/urgent actions; Working as part of a global virtual team, with limited opportunity for travel or to work in person alongside other team members,
  • Are proactive and self-motivated; able to act on own initiative to progress work, undertake research, create content,
  • Are open minded, prepared to try new activities and respond positively to new requests,
  • Have evidence of agility; able to pick up and learn new systems and activities quickly, documenting learning/process for the future benefit of others, 
  • Are able to maintain focus on agreed objectives and deliverables,
  • Have good writing skills; are able to produce first drafts of documents/slides with good attention to detail (e.g. formatting, ensuring appropriate sharing settings); are able to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Have experience of using data transformation and visualisation tools (e.g.Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau),
  • Have strong organisation, time and priority management skills; able to handle multiple requests/ projects simultaneously and deliver to agreed deadlines,
  • Have good communication skills: Able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress; Who can communicate with clarity in both written and verbal formats, to make recommendations and inform future decision making,
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills,
  • Prior experience of working in a global role would be an advantage but is not essential.
