Transparency Reporting Analyst
We are looking for a Transparency Reporting Analyst to join our Global Compliance team. This role supports the accurate, complete, and timely capture and reporting of transfers of value (cash or in-kind) provided to healthcare professionals and organisations (HCP/Os) in accordance with international transparency laws and industry codes. You will work as part of the Aggregate Spend Service Center (ASSC), supporting countries worldwide and collaborating with teams across Compliance, Finance, and IT to ensure high-quality reporting and continuous process improvement.
What you will be doing?
- Maintain and continuously update a global transparency master tracking document outlining detailed reporting requirements across different countries.
- Collaborate with local Compliance Officers to monitor ongoing adherence to local transparency regulations and escalate issues when necessary.
- Act as an advisory partner to local teams, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and guidance on adapting to new or updated transparency regulations.
- Support local teams in extracting data from various systems, including Concur (T&E), BCD Travel (airfare reports), Engage (HCP engagement system), and others as needed.
- Contribute to the development and standardisation of a global transparency reporting framework and support the extension of our reporting platform to new countries (e.g. Italy, UK).
- Identify and implement process improvements related to data capture, reporting efficiency, and quality assurance.
- Manage cross-border reporting activities, including identifying and tracking spend for U.S., French, and Belgian licensed HCPs operating outside their jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with Finance points of contact across regions to identify any additional spend incurred by HCPs outside formal engagements (e.g. attendance at international events).
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of experience in global transparency reporting, compliance, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, and macros.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A structured, process-oriented approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
- Experience in customer service, project management, audit, or systems development lifecycle is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are an advantage.
