Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment,
  • strong track record in end-to-end recruitment processes,
  • global recruitment experience is a significant advantage,
  • fluent English (C1 level) - both written and spoken,
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles within Strategic Consulting,
  • act as a trusted partner to hiring managers by understanding business needs and delivering tailored sourcing and hiring strategies,
  • source and attract qualified candidates from local and international markets using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database),
  • screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit in line with organizational requirements,
  • ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey,
  • collaborate closely with global HR and recruitment teams to align hiring efforts with international standards and business goals,
  • provide mentorship and support to junior members of the recruitment team when needed.
