For our Client, an international financial services company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • experience in sales management in the financial services industry,
  • experience in team management,
  • experience in building relationships and sales to corporate clients,
  • experience in working with financial institutions, banks, brokers,
  • planning and strategic thinking,
  • highly developed commercial and negotiation skills,
  • mobility, availability, and flexibility,
  • proactive attitude, hands-on approach,
  • category B driver's license,
  • willingness to work on the move throughout Poland,
  • knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

  • responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies in Poland,
  • acquiring new business in the key industry companies, financial institutions, associations, and entrepreneurs sector,
  • creating and developing relationships with key companies in the industry (existing and new customers),
  • credit product development for large-sized corporations and entrepreneurs,
  • management of a sales team of several people,
  • establishing and developing relationships with business partners - financial institutions, banks, brokers,
  • business and credit product development (including short-term loans) for medium and large corporations,
  • lead generation,
  • real estate collateral.
