We are looking for:
Workday Data Conversion Consultant
Your future role:
- Collaborate closely with clients' data teams to facilitate and support the data collection process,
- Design and develop data conversion strategies, mapping specifications and validation processes for migrating client data,
- Conduct data quality checks and reconciliation activities to ensure the data is accurate and in line with Workday standards as well as with the functional configuration,
- Transform and load the collected data by utilising Workday delivered migration tools (EIBs and Advanced loads),
- Work with functional and technical consultants, to provide a seamless data conversion experience for the clients,
- Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues throughout the implementation cycle,
- Stay updated on Workday best practices, tools, and updates related to data management and conversion,
- Gain an intermediate understanding of touchpoints, dependencies, and data aspects across different Workday area(s).
Apply if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field,
- Genuine interest in data and willingness to grow in Workday ecosystem,
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of data structures. Experience with ETL software (i.e. Alteryx) is not mandatory, but nice to have,
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment,
- Ability to effectively and actively engage in multiple, parallel projects of small to medium size, both in supporting and, over time, leadership roles.
