THE WORK:
You will be responsible for:
- achieving optimal plan for the entire planning horizon
- firming and aligning planned orders (for purchasing) in the planning zone
- the planning, transactional and sourcing master data
- monitoring and actioning supply exceptions
- collaborating with Master Planner Production (or SNP), purchasing planner, production scheduler and Dandamp;I Planner.
- managing the constraints within suppliers
- ensuring visibility for the supplier capacity and supplier raw materials availability
- calculating stockholding policies (excluding Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG)
- selecting scenarios in case of resolution
- approval of parameter automation policies due to segmentation
- approval of stockholding or other policies
Here is what you will need:
- Min. 3 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing andamp; Commercial experience would be an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Some evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:
- Anticipation in order to shape the future rather than react to it.
- Resilience
- Ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.
- Curiosity to seek out new ideas and knowledge.
- Challenging complexity and seeking out simpler / faster ways of working.

- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
- Mastery in advanced planning system could be an advantage
