THE WORK:
- Collect debts according to the post suspension process.
- Pro-actively engage with debtors to ensure timely resolution.
- Cooperate with internal departments Credit, Customer Service, Cash Operations, Billing and Sales teams.
- Process cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Resolve complex queries and influence Customers.
- Negotiate and build business relationships.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
- Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Strong negotiations and analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
