As part of our Technology Consulting practice, we are seeking experienced professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative for a leading Insurance Client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project focused on core insurance system transformation, process and product implementation, and the integration of modern digital insurance capabilities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the architecture of the EIS v12 platform and its integrations
  • Define technical standards and best practices for development teams
  • Mentor and support developers in their growth
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Lead the transformation of the core insurance system (phased go-live, migration)
  • EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Skills and attributes for success:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with EIS v12
  • Strong architectural and backend development skills
  • Experience in large-scale projects (multiple teams, Agile methodology)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Insurance domain experience (e.g., Guidewire) is highly desirable
  • Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field

 Nice to Have:

  • Willingness to travel frequently (rewarded)
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Familiarity with other insurance solutions
