We are looking for:
Senior Learning & Development Specialist
Your future role:
- Planning, organization and coordination of trainings, including large events such as onboarding sessions for new employees,
- Implementation and coordination of development programs for employees in collaboration with business representatives in the area of training and development,
- Providing support and advice employees regarding their professional development and the use of available training , developing communication about training and development activities for employees,
- Creating, coordinating and evaluating and updating training programs in accordance with regional and global guidelines,
- Cooperation with internal trainers and external training service providers,
- Administrative support of the training process, including creation of purchase orders, processing of invoice payments, preparation of contracts with training service providers,
- Preparing reports and analyses in the field of training and development,
- Proposing improvements based on the use of new technologies, participation in L&D development projects.
Apply if you have:
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken,
- 4 years of experience in the area of training and development,
- Experience in serving as an advisor to employees in their professional development,
- Experience in building, implementing, and evaluating development programs for employees,
- Very good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of task performance,
- Strong analytical skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Knowledge of the training providers market, and familiarity with trends in the training market and directions of its development.
