
For our Client, we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a 100% remote position.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT and technical talent across multiple regions. You will play a key part in shaping global hiring strategies and contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international organization.

Senior IT Recruiter (Temporary Contract, Remote)
Requirements
- experience in IT/technical recruitment - minimum required experience 2 years,
- strong track record in end-to-end recruitment processes,
- global recruitment experience is a significant advantage,
- fluent English (C1 level) - both written and spoken,
- ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage,
- partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies,
- source and engage with top IT talent globally using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals),
- screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet both technical and cultural fit requirements,
- drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process,
- collaborate with international teams to align recruitment efforts with global business objectives.
