For our Client, an international technology organization currently building new Shared Services structures in Wrocław, we are looking for an AR Accountant.
This role gives you the opportunity to contribute to accounts receivable processes in an international environment, supporting accurate financial operations while gaining exposure to collaboration and process improvements.

Requirements
- proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role,
- completed degree in finance, accounting or a related field,
- strong command of English at B2/C1 level (both written and spoken), German will be considered a plus,
- good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel,
- proactive, analytical and detail-oriented working style with a hands-on approach,
- strong team player who enjoys collaborating within finance and accounting,
- solid analytical skills and good understanding of financial processes,
- ability to work in a structured, organised and efficient way.
Responsibilities
- handle day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing,
- support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing tasks,
- maintain and update AR ledgers across different entities,
- post and reconcile incoming customer payments daily,
- communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve open items or discrepancies,
- act as a point of contact for queries related to accounts receivable,
- perform receivables analysis, including ageing reports and overdue balances,
- assist with dunning and collection activities to ensure timely payments,
- prepare regular AR reports and provide insights to improve receivables management.
