What you will do:
- Manage collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
- Resolve customers disputes pertaining to Collections
- Answer customers incoming queries
- Make recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectible debt
- Build long term business relationship with customers
- Plan and prioritize own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met

Here's what you'll need:
- Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
