We are looking for: 

IMS Officer

Your future role: 

  • Maintain and support the optimization of the quality and information security management system (ISO 9001/27001), 
  • Conduct system management reviews to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities, including MSO risk and opportunity register, 
  • Coordinate cyclical recertification of PwC Business Services sp. z o.o., 
  • Support teams in monitoring process goals and implementing corrective actions, 
  • Explore ISO 27001-related processes across PwC to ensure timely onboarding of projects with client-specific requirements, 
  • Oversee client-led risk assessments of MSO services, 
  • Collaborate with PwC teams to exchange best practices for secure application development and timely security reviews and testing, 
  • Act as the first point of contact for matters related to the integrated management system, 
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including MSO, 
  • Assist teams in preparing proposals and documentation aligned with ISO requirements, 
  • Support reporting and analysis activities, 
  • Participate in organizing ISO-related trainings and workshops, 
  • Promote a culture of quality and information security across the organization. 

Apply if you have: 

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the area of quality and information security management systems, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative, 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, 
  • Experience with ISO 9001/27001 standards is welcome but not required, 
  • Proficiency in English enabling work in an international environment.
