Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, with a proven track record in forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting within a multinational environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with sales teams,
- deep understanding of financial statement flows,
- accounting processes, and the business drivers behind financial numbers, enabling impactful business partnering,
- relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) would be a plus,
- a proactive, high-energy professional who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments characterized by growth and transformation, with a focus on business collaboration and adaptability,
- fluency in English is essential, along with outstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- deliver strategic finance support with a focus on fostering strong business partnerships, particularly with sales and finance leaders in the region,
- build collaborative relationships and ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency,
- work closely with the market Sales AVP and Supply Chain teams to develop a comprehensive market strategy that aligns with divisional goals and objectives,
- continuously evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth potential,
- provide critical financial insights and support in areas such as deal analysis, contract negotiations, profit optimization, pricing strategy, contract management, rebate analysis, and capital investments,
- enhance decision-making through financial and business analysis, supporting senior leadership in strategic planning.
