About the department
The Intermediary Due Diligence (IDD) team is part of the International Intermediary Oversight (IIO) Department. We ensure compliance and uphold the integrity of intermediary oversight across global operations. Our team collaborates internationally to support over 1,000 intermediaries. Joining us means working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where your contributions directly impact regulatory excellence and client trust.
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
- You will manage daily due diligence for global intermediaries.
- You will coordinate and complete initial and periodic reviews.
- You will prepare reports for approval by compliance officers.
- You will gather documentation and lead virtual meetings.
- You will monitor delegate compliance with contracts.
- You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- You will improve oversight frameworks for distribution and marketing.
- You will support cross-regional projects and initiatives.
- You will manage external due diligence and KYC providers.
- You will deliver operational support to oversight and sales teams.
- You will provide insights to enhance client experience.
- You will collaborate on regulatory changes with Legal and Compliance.
- You will maintain audit-ready policies and procedures.
- You will support audits and regulatory inquiries.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications
- 3–5+ years in asset management or investment funds
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Technical Skills

Work Schedule & Location
You will work from 9:00 to 17:30 with a 30-minute break.
This is a hybrid role based in Poznań, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
